InfiniQuant is operated by InfiniQuant, a registered educational organization located at 66C Malcolm Riverway Lake Berry, ACT 2791, Osaka, Japan (Registration Number: 49043030).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

InfiniQuant provides professional coaching and training services focused on:

• Interview Coaching: Personalized preparation for job interviews, including mock interviews, feedback, and strategy development
• Public Speaking Training: Techniques to overcome anxiety, engage audiences, and deliver compelling speeches
• Presentation Skills: Design and delivery of effective presentations for professional settings
• Communication Training: Enhancement of verbal and non-verbal communication abilities

Services may be delivered in-person at our Osaka location or remotely via video conferencing platforms. The specific format, duration, and content of Services will be determined based on your needs and our mutual agreement.

4. Registration and Account

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Consultation Requests

When you submit a consultation request through our Website, you are requesting to schedule a coaching session. This is not a binding contract until we confirm availability and you complete the booking process.

5.2 Confirmation

After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm session details, including date, time, format (in-person or online), and pricing. The booking becomes confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required payment is processed.

5.3 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to coach availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to fees or forfeiture of payment.

5.4 Cancellations

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Prices for our Services are displayed on our Website or communicated during the booking process. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during booking. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.

6.3 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required at the time of booking. For package services or ongoing coaching arrangements, alternative payment schedules may be available as mutually agreed in writing.

6.4 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.

6.5 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, you forfeit payment for that session and no refund will be provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and materials provided during coaching sessions (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to InfiniQuant and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Website and materials provided during coaching sessions for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our Content without permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our Content
• Use our Content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our Content
• Share coaching materials with unauthorized third parties

7.3 Your Content

When you provide content to us (such as feedback, questions, or materials for review during coaching), you grant us a license to use that content for purposes of providing Services and improving our offerings. You retain ownership of your content.

• Treat coaches and staff with respect and professionalism
• Attend sessions on time and prepared as requested

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access if you violate these conduct standards.

10.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINIQUANT AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our Services
• Any damages arising from third-party conduct or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
